AVG anti-virus issues and conflicts (IMPORTANT YO)
To all Ragnarok Players,
We would like to inform you that we are aware of the AVG anti-virus issues or conflicts with regards to the Ragnarok.exe files. We advise everyone not be alarmed, as the virus alert is merely just a false alarm.
We are already working with the developers of AVG to remedy this but as a temporary solution, we advise everyone to try the following measures:
- You can turn off your AVG anti-virus (reminder: you will be open to any virus ones this is done) before patching Ragnarok.
- You can turn off your AVG anti-virus and replace it with another anti virus for now.
- If all Ragnarok.exe files are already in you virus vault, please uninstall your client then turn-off your AVG anti-virus.
- Reinstall Ragnarok client without AVG anti-virus.

The Valkyrie and Baldur Stress Test
We are very pleased to inform you that the situation in both servers has greatly improved! As final means of quality checking, we would like to invite all of you to log-in to your respective servers especially around 6:00 - 10:00 PM this week so that we may test them fully for any more existing bugs. This is to determine whether or not the server issues have completely been addressed and resolved.
We hope for your cooperation with regard to the matter in our effort to deliver to you the best online gaming experience possible.

White Potion

Blue Potion
A potion made from grinded blue herbs that restores about 60 sp.
Medium Life Potion
A Bottle containing the sap of the Yggdrasil Tree.
It is effective in healing wounds.
Heals 7% of maximum HP every 4 seconds for 10 minutes.
Captain Hat
Once owned by a famous captain, this hat is now a symbol of leadership and courage.
Adds 5% tolerance to Water Property attacks.
Neo Steel Flower
Small flower made of steel.
Has a low chance to cast recovery lv. 1 when wearer receives a physical damage
Neo Elven Ears
A fashion accessory that gives ears that vaunted elvish look. For some, it is an incredible turn-on. +1 int.
A Gym Membership Card that increase maximum weight capacity. If you give this card to the special NPC, the NPC teaches you a skill that increases your maximum weight capacity. Increases 200 weight per skill level, maximum skill level is 10.
Geographer Band
A Geographer that has been arranged to decorate a special hairband. Int +1. Adds the chance auto-casting Lv. 1 Heal when wearer receives physical damage. Unable to refine this item.
Neo Safety Ring
A strange ring that curiously raises its wearer's defense.
DEF +5, MDEF + 5
Lex Aeterna Box
A scroll which enables use of Lv.1 Lex Aeterna skill.
Redemption Process
1. If you converted credits before the prize claim cut-off time (3:00PM) you can claim your prize in-game through the Cool Event NPC, Torsen 
located at Alberta (148, 60) within the day.
Ex. Player converted 350 credits to game or Rok Points at 8:30AM on March 7. Player can get his free in-game item from Torsen anytime after 6:00 PM on March 7.
Ex. Player converted 350 credits to game or Rok Points at 4:00PM on March 7. Player can get his free in-game item from Torsen anytime after 6:00 PM on March 8.
